SUBMIT A CLAIM

We are sorry to see you on this page. It is never a nice thing to have to submit a claim for something loved that has been damaged or stolen. We hope you are ok and that the only thing that needs fixing or replacing is your beloved machine.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF A CLAIM?

  1. You need to report the incident at the police station and get a case number if the incident was theft or an accident.
    If the accident is on an offroad vehicle please contact us directly and we will assist.

  2. Once you have your case number, you will pass it onto us along with the incident details. You can either contact us directly or fill in the online claim submission form.

  3. Once we have received the details of your claim we will submit it to our claims department.

  4. The claims department will send out an “investigative” assessor to either view the vehicle in question or meet with you in the case of a theft.

  5. Once the assessor has been very charming and tried to find a fault in your claim, he will submit his assessment back to our claims department who will then process your claim and will either pay you out your claim or arrange for the vehicle to be repaired.
